LLR is a Patent and Trademark Attorneys firm, specialized in Intellectual Property (IP) consulting. LLR is one of the few IP firms in Europe having offices both in France and China. We offer support to our clients to acquire or defend IP rights, particularly patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, copyrights, domain names or unfair competition. The firm was originally founded in Paris and then opened its first office in China in 2008. Thanks to its experience in China, LLR provides assistance to companies developing their activity in China. Given the importance of defending IP rights in China, LLR helps its clients in defining their IP strategy and enforcing their IP rights in this country. In particular, we assist our clients to identify which technology, know-how, trade sign is worth being protected, taking into consideration their needs, we accompany them before the Chinese Patent or Trademark offices and follow their procedures of acquisition of IP rights.
