Shuai is the Director of External Innovation and Business Development at Lenovo. Shuai is based in Greater China, where he supports Lenovo CTO office to search for the most innovative technologies and companies world-wide and facilitate collaboration and investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Lenovo, Shuai spent over eight years at Microsoft, most recently as Director of Strategic Partnership Group for incubating and promoting innovation ecosystem in PRC, as well as managing R&D IT outsourcing ecosystem.
Shuai received his M.A. and M.S. degrees from George Mason University, and B.A degree from Wuhan University.
