Thomas Vial graduated from Science-Po Paris and the Ecole Supérieure Libre de Sciences commerciales Appliquées (ESLSCA), and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History of Art and Archeology from the University Paris IV- Sorbonne.
After starting his career as a headhunter in a Parisian Human Resources Consulting firm, Thomas entered the “Poste d’expansion” in Rome in 2002 as a Sector Attaché in Energy and transports.
In 2004, he joined the “Mission économique” in Madrid as a Commercial Attaché in the fields of Energy, Service (NTIS°, overseeing Telecoms, Medias, Digital Solutions, Sustainable Energies and Health.
On April 1st 2011, he is appointed the Head of the Department of NTIS in Singapore, ensuring coordination among the various Departments of NTIS in ASEAN and Oceania.
Since September 4th 2014, Thomas manages the Department of NTIS-aeronautics for China and Hong Kong in Beijing.
In 2002, Thomas Vial wrote several articles in professional newspapers in the fields of New technologies, Digital and Energy.
