Matthew Chan is a Digital Strategist with extensive experience in Asia and China’s Internet scene, focuses on leveraging the power of digital, data analytics and technical innovation for enterprise digital transformation.
Mr. Chan is currently the Chief Digital Officer of K11 Concepts Ltd and Assistant General Manager (Digital Strategy) of New World Development Ltd. Prior to this appointment, he has held regional roles at different luxury brands with leading digital, CRM, data analytics and e-commerce responsibility for Asia Pacific region including China.
Matthew is a passionate advocate for disrupting consumer shopping trends which advance business development, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. As a consumer technology veteran with an entrepreneurial soul, he acts as advisor for various startups and accelerator programs.
Besides serving as the council member and Vice President at The Hong Kong Computer Society, he has also held advisory committee roles for different major retail and digital conferences across the region, including Retail Asia Expo and IRCE Asia, HKICC.
