Dr. Jiangping Liu is currently serving as Director of new business technology of Orange International Center China, in charge of developing and promoting new technologies, solutions and related innovative services in Orange International Center China. Prior to this position, Dr. Jiangping Liu was the senior project manager and Director of mobile social in Orange International Center China, focusing on mobile social and enterprise digital transformation related market analysis, business model, application development and service trial in China.
Prior to Orange, he served with a various positions in several international Companies such as in SEVME informatique, IBM, Compaq, Sybase etc. to provide consulting solutions to the enterprises in ICT industry. Dr. Jiangping Liu got his Ph.D. degree from Aix-Marseille University of France, Master’s Degree from University of Science & Technology of China and Bachelor’s degree from National University of Defense Technology of China.
