Born in France, in 1971, Raouti is holding a Master Degree in town and country planning, Raouti is specialized in economic development and fundraising.

After a 2 years in the USA mid 90’s, for several projects in the field of economic development towards infrastructure projects (airport, malls…). He decided in 1994, with the raise of.com economy, to focus on digital industry and finance. He graduate from STANFORD UNIVERSITY (SCPD) in 2011: “innovation and entrepreneurship program”.

In 1994, he launched INCUBANET in FRANCE, a place to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the emerging phases of the web industry, and joined DigiPort to drive the international development program for French digital companies (Start-up and SME’s export program development, fund raising, market assessment, strategic partnership development,…).
In 2001, he took the lead on EuraTechnologies strategic development plan and aimed to develop one of the biggest incubator/accelerator in the world in a former 1900’s old textile factory.

EuraTechnologies is a unique global hub for digital innovation supporting generation of entrepreneurs from France and abroad to launch digital businesses in France and scale to regional and global markets. We enable tech entrepreneurs to become the next generation of leaders of the european economy.
From start-ups to mature businesses, EuraTechnologies focuses in : Information systems and software edition (BI and Big DATA, Cybersecurity, Robotics,…), Hardware (wearables, agrtech, IoT…), Internet companies and SMACS (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud and Security) and digital contents (VR, Gaming…).
